If you order the wrong product, just re-order on-line the product you want and email Marcia for Return Authorization Instructions for the "return product." Once your return is received by the vendor, Marcia will refund your credit card the cost of the product. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the product is defective. This is the fastest way to get the correct product you need.

If you decide to return your purchase, just email me for Return Authorization Instructions within 14 days of receipt of your order. Our vendors accept returns of products in new condition. Some manufacturers do not accept returns or exchanges (unless defective)
